“I never thought buying a car would be an enjoyable experience.  Not only did Volvo of Wellesley have exactly what I was looking for at a good price, but Barbara Goodman made buying the car an enjoyable experience.  Her approach to selling a car is different than most people.  You never feel like she is a salesperson, you feel like she is a friend who knows the car and tells you how to use the best of the car for your purposes.  She knows she is selling to smart people who can read about the basics of the car, but want to know how the car works.  She went over every element of the car in a pleasing and thorough, but quick way, so when you drove off, you would know what to do.  She is amazing with her knowledge of every element of the car, and she had answers to all of our questions.  Never any pressure and I felt like Barbara would do the right thing and sell me the right car for me and for my budget.  She made everything easy and made sure I was comfortable with the car and w  ith the process.  An exceptional person and salesperson.  Don’t bother going anywhere else.  My prior looking around turned out to be a waste of time and I never felt like I was getting attention, except when I came to Volvo of Wellesley.  I hope to be a repeat customer, as I can’t imagine an easier car buying process.”

She advocated for us and made sure our certified-used car was ready and looking great when we picked it up — even delayed us one day because she saw some scratches on the rear bumper and insisted that it get completely buffed and repainted.
